Detailed Solution

A way of understanding the integration of the judicial system in India is through the Appellate system. According to the appellate system, a person can move to the higher court if they are not satisfied with the lower court's judgement and wish to appeal against it. In India, different levels of courts (judiciary)are connected. This means that India has an integrated judicial system. It means that the decisions of the higher courts in the hierarchy are binding on all the lower courts. The higher courts act as the "court of record" for lower courts.
