Detailed Solution

A weightless balloon contains 200 g of water. Its weight in water will be zero.
Weight of balloon with 200 g water, W=0.2g, where g is the acceleration due to gravity. When the rubber balloon is put in the water, the upthrust acting on the balloon is F=ρVg, where ρ is the density of the fluid, V is volume.
So, ρVg=0.2g
F=0.2g
Therefore, the Net force is zero on the balloon.
The resultant weight in water is zero as there is no resultant force acting upon it. The balloon is weightless, hence the water in it will be the total weight of the balloon.
