For a light of particular wavelength, its critical angle is inversely proportional to its refractive index.
If for a specific angle of incidence, some beams reflect back and others refract through, the critical angle is less for those which reflect and more for those which refract.
Thus refractive index for those which reflect is more.
Thus at the first point of total internal reflection, wavelengths with less refractive index reflect back less. Thus A has lowest refractive index, B has more than that of A , and I has more refractive index than both A and B.
Similarly considering reflection at the second point, refractive index of D is greater than that of C.
