Given a wire is looped in the form of a circle of radius 28 cm.
According to the question, the circle is re-bent into a square.

\Rightarrow

Circumference of circle = perimeter of square

\Rightarrow

2 π r = 4 × s i d e

⇒ 2 × 227 × 28 = 4 × a

⇒ 2 × 22 × 4 = 4 × a

⇒ a = 44 × 4 4
