$\frac{V_{s}}{V_{b}} = \frac{ρ_{b}}{ρ_{w}} = \frac{4}{5}_____(i)$

Thus in finally in equilibrium condition,

$V_{b} ρ_{b} g = \frac{V_{b}}{2} ρ_{o} g + \frac{V_{b}}{2} ρ_{w} g$
