1. Emitter
2. Base
3. Collector
Emitter: It is a heavily doped and of moderate size. it supplies the large number of majority charge carries for the flow of current through the transistor.
Base: It is the central region. It is very thin and lightly doped. It controls the movement of charge carries coming from emitter region.
Collector: It is moderately doped ad large sized as compared to emitter. It collects a major portion of the majority carries supplied by the emitter.
