Detailed Solution

Alluvial soils can be divided into two groups based on age: old alluvial (Bangar) and young alluvial (Khadar).
Compared to Khadar soil, Bangar soil contains a more significant concentration of 'Kanker' nodules. It is more fruitful than the bangar and has more fine particles. Bhangar contains fossils of creatures like rhinoceros, hippopotamus, elephants and other things.
The Khadar comprises more current alluvium and structures the flood fields along the waterway banks.
