We know that force is a physical quantity that changes or may tend to change the state of rest or the state of motion of an object. 

Balanced forces are those forces that have the same magnitude but opposing directions.

In the above diagram, we can see that here F1 is given that 5 N and F2 is given in opposite direction that is 5 N. Then here both force is in opposite direction but the magnitude is the same then both forces cancel each other i.e. Fnet =F1+F2=5-5=0 N Then object not move in any direction.
Hence, the object will not move in any direction.
