Detailed Solution

Right to Equality ensures that public places should be accessible to all persons without any discrimination based on caste, colour, creed, region, religion or sex. It is a fundamental right provided in the Articles from 14-18 in Part III of the Indian Constitution. This fundamental right offers equal opportunity to all people and prevents any discrimination. The Right to Equality also ensures the abolition of untouchability (Article 17) and prohibits using titles like Sir etc. The Constitution provides five other fundamental rights to the people of the country. These rights ensure a better and dignified life for the people.
