Action and reaction forces act on

For action and reaction pair, we require two bodies. If force is exerted by hand on wall (action) then wall exerts force on the hand(reaction). therefore our hand pains. Centripetal and centrifugal force acts on same body. Therefore they are not action and reaction pair.
