Detailed Solution

After British rule, India was partitioned into two different countries. One was India, and the other was Pakistan. For 24 years, India and Pakistan continued as different countries, but in 1971, the Bangladesh Liberation War resulted in the Partition of Pakistan and the formation of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Bengali speakers of east Pakistan felt that their language was being suppressed, so they led the Bangladesh Liberation War. As a result, a separate nation named Bangladesh was formed. Later, Pakistan recognised Bangladesh in 1974 due to pressure from all over the world. Meanwhile, India survived as a single nation with many regional languages and diversities.
