2)      The agricultural labour gets jobs or regularly works every year without spending capital on transportation in nearby fields.
3)      Their landlords call them to work in their fields when labour is required. Hence they have job security even at low wages.
4)      Their need is less, so low wages are the mode of their livelihood.
