Air moves from the[[1]] pressure region to the[[2]] pressure region.

 

Air moves generally due to pressure difference. Air with high pressure implies that a large amount of molecules or matter is present at a place as compared to air with low pressure. The particles which are close to each other in high pressure areas tend to move towards low pressure to occupy the spaces.
