Air pollution leading to acid rain is a human-made change.

Human activities such as the emission of gases like nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere cause acid rain. These gases, when released, reach high altitudes and interact with water droplets, oxygen, and other chemicals to form acids such as sulfuric acid. When this acid-contaminated rain falls, it is called acid rain. Thus, acid rain is a result of human-induced changes.
