Alexander the Great ruled Macedonia in Europe around 2300 years ago. He desired to be the conqueror of the world. The Macedonian rulers conquered several kingdoms and continents, including Egypt, West Asia, and parts of South Asia. He had had dreams of conquering the world since he was a boy.
