The "Big Band Theory" attempts to explain the origin of universe. not the origin of life. Panspermia theory says that the life might have existed else where in the universe and it might have reached the Earth in the form of resistant spores called Panspermia. According to Spontaneous generation theory, life might have originated from non living or decaying and rotting substances. Chemical evolution theory says that primitive organisms evolved spontaneously from the inorganic substances.
