Alluri Sitaram was a tribal leader in Andhra Pradesh.
He was an Indian nationalist active in the struggle for Indian independence by organising the tribals. Raju led the 1922-24 Rampa Revolt, within which a coalition of social group leaders and different supporters fought against the British people's dominion. He had various special powers, created correct pseudoscience predictions and cured folks. He impressed rebels with Gandhi's ideas and encouraged them to use Khadi clothes and give up drinking alcohol.
