Figure D shows the correct ray diagram.
In the case of a concave mirror, a ray of light incident parallel to the principal axis passes through the focus after reflection. The centre of curvature, and the reflecting surface of a concave mirror, are on the same side of the mirror.
In figure A, the light ray does not pass through the focus after reflecting from the mirror. In figure B, the light ray passes through the 2F after reflecting from the mirror. In figure C, the light ray is reflected in the same way. Hence, they all do not follow the laws of reflection.
Whereas in figure D, the light ray passes through the focal point (F) after reflecting from the mirror, following the law of reflection.
