Concept- In this given question we have given the distance and the difference of speed. By using these two we will calculate the average speed of both trains.
According to the question, sum of the distance between of both train is

Average speed of express train

Now we will put the value in above equation
Time taken by pass. train is equal to

So the average speed of a passenger train is 33 km/hr.
