Using the lens formula, we get

 1v-1u=1f 1v-1-10=120 v=-20 cm

That is, the image is 20cm from the lens, on the sam side as the object. Hence, the image is virtual. Th linear magnification,

So, size of the image is

h2=h1vu=4×-20-10=8 cm

The positive sign indicates that the image is erect (and virtual).
