An analysis of chromosomal DNA using the Southern hybridization technique does not use

Southern hybridisation technique includes various stages in sequence like DNA digestion, gel electrophoresis, blotting, probe labeling, hybridisation, detection through autoradiography. Southern hybridisation technique is used for analysis of DNA size, abundance, sequence, alteration in DNA sequence etc. PCR is not directly used in southern hybridisation technique.
