ANF increases blood pressure.

Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) decreases blood pressure. ANF is a hormone released by the heart in response to stretching of the atria, and its main function is to promote vasodilation (relaxation of blood vessels) and increase the excretion of sodium and water by the kidneys. These actions collectively result in a reduction in blood volume and, consequently, a decrease in blood pressure.
