The marked price of 1 packet of wheat flour = Rs.200.
Discount on 1 packet of wheat flour = 16%
We know that,

Discount % = Discount Marked price × 100 % ⇒ 16 % = Discount 200 × 100 % ⇒ Discount = R s .32.

So, the cost price of 1 packet of wheat flour =

R s . 200 − 32 = R s .168.

The marked price of 1 packet of detergent = Rs.371.
Discount on 1 packet of detergent = 22.10%

∵ Discount % = Discount Marked price × 100 % ⇒ 22.10 % = Discount 371 × 100 % ⇒ Discount = R s .82.

So, the cost price of 1 packet of detergent =

R s . 371 − 82 = R s .289.

The marked price of 1 packet of namkeen = Rs.153.
Discount on 1 packet of namkeen= 18.30%
