As per a recent UN survey, which region has the highest unemployment rate in the world?

According to the latest UN survey, the Arab region has a 12% unemployment rate, the highest in the world, and poverty measured against national lines has surged affecting 130 million people in Arab countries with more than one-third of the region's population being affected, excluding Libya and Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The survey also showed an expected 3.4% growth next year throughout the Arab region.
