Detailed Solution

Assembly line method was used by Henry Ford in the production of vehicles.
Mass production was an important feature of the US economy in the 1920s. One such example can be presented as the car manufacturer Henry Ford. He utilised the assembly-line methods of the Chicago slaughterhouse. In this system of slaughterhouses, the animals were picked by the butcher when they came down on the conveyor belt. In a car plant in Detroit, a similar method was repeated. It reduced the mechanical labour of the workers and increased productivity per worker. It made the car come off the assembly line in three minutes, speeding up the pace of work. The workers had to work according to the pace of the conveyor belt, thus wasting no time. The first mass-produced car was the T-Ford car.
