Detailed Solution

The assertion is false, but the Reason is true. In December 1920, the Nagpur Session of the Indian National Congress was held, and the leader of this meeting was Lala Lajpat Rai. The point of the programme was to be an endorsement of the Non-Cooperation Movement. On February 12, 1922, the Indian National Congress ended the non-participation development on the public level as an immediate consequence of the Chauri Chaura misfortune.
