Both statements are factual, but Reason is not the correct explanation of (A). Right to Equality provides that everyone is equal before the law. It is known as the rule of law. Every person, be it a leader, citizen or government official, enjoys the same treatment by the law. The court cannot discriminate based on an individual's social position.
