Angle of dip is the angle between earth's resultant magnetic field from horizontal. Dip is zero at equator and positive in northern hemisphere. In southern hemisphere dip angle is considered as negative.

Therefore, A is located in the northern hemisphere and B is located in the southern hemisphere.
