Concept: We will use the initial temperature on Tuesday, for a rise in temperature add that given amount of temperature and for a drop in temperature subtract the given amount of temperature.
Temperature on Tuesday is= -7°
temperature on Wednesday is drop by 3°
then temperature on Wednesday is,
 =-7-3
 =-10° C
Now on Thursday temp. raise by 6° C then temp. on Thursday is,
 = -10+6
 = -4° C 
Hence, the correct option is (2) .
