Detailed Solution

In 1920 the Nagpur session, the Non-Cooperation programme was adopted to promote non-violence and Hindu-Muslim unity. In this non-cooperation programme, the parameters of everything were discussed like who wanted to be the part of NCM and what should he/she have to do. So in the Nagpur session a detailed discussion over the parameters, do’s and don’t; how to boycott and what to boycott etc were done. They also stressed on the aspect of non violence and for this purpose the non-cooperation programme was held in December 1920 at Nagpur.
