It is given that Baichung’s father is 26 years younger than Baichung’s grandfather and 29 years older than Baichung.
Let the age of Baichung’s father be x years.
Baichung is 29 years younger than his father.
So, his age becomes x−29.
Baichung’s grandfather is 26 years older than Baichung’s father.
So, Baichung’s grandfather age become x+26.
Sum of all the three ages is 135 years will be,
x+x-29+x+26=135
Simplifying,
3x-3=135
Transpose -3 to right hand side,
3x=135+3
3x=138
Divide 3 both the sides.

x = 1383

x=46
Substitute the value of x in all three ages.
Baichung’s father is age x=46 years.
Baichung’s age is x-29 years.
=46-29 years.
=17 years.
Baichung’s grandfather’s age is x+26 years.
=46+26 years.
=72 years.
Hence, the age of Baichung, his father and his grandfather is 17 years, 46 years, 72 years respectively.
