Detailed Solution

Bhagat Singh and Batukeshvar threw bombs in the Legislative Assembly in 1929.
On April 8, 1929, Delhi's Central Legislative Assembly was bombed by young revolutionaries Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt. Around 12:30 PM, as Central Assembly President Vithalbhai Patel started to deliver his opinion on the Trade Disputes Bill before the Assembly, there was a blast, and the room began to fill with smoke. Young men from the visitors' gallery held up signs that said "Inquilab Zindabad," "Workmen of the whole world come together," and "Down with imperialism." Additionally, Bhagat Singh and Dutt flung flyers down the hallway. In modern Indian history, the episode is called Central Assembly Bombing Case.
