Detailed Solution

Bipin Chandra Pal, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Lala Lajpat Rai were Radical leaders. In Maharashtra and Punjab, leaders like Bipin Chandra Pal, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, and Lala Lajpat Rai criticised the Moderates for their politics of prayer. Instead, they emphasised the importance of independence and productive activity. The All India Muslim League was founded in Dacca in 1906 by a group of Muslim landlords and nawabs. It supported splitting Bengal. In 1909, the government complied with the League's demand for distinct Muslim electorates. As a result, Congress was disbanded in 1907. After the division, the Moderates took control of the Congress, with Tilak's allies occupying the periphery. The two groups reunited in December 1915.
