Blackman’s law of limiting factor is a modification of Leibig’s law of minimum.  Blackman proposed the law of limiting factors according to which “when a process is conditioned as to its rapidity by a number o factors. The rate of process is limited by the pace of the slowest factor i,e a factor which is relatively less the amount actually required.
