The conductivity of the  lemon juice to water solution may be decreased or increased.
Given circuit does not conduct electricity if the water is distilled, and no current will flow across the circuit. If we add some salts in the water, there is a small current will flow through the circuits. After adding a few drops of lemon juice in water, it will increase the conductivity of the solution and therefore a large amount of current will glow.
