Detailed Solution

The Seventh Schedule to the Indian Constitution contains a list of 52 items known as the Concurrent List or List-III. It entails the authority to be taken into account by both the federal and state governments. The concurrent list includes topics that are of importance to the Union and the States equally. In the topics on this list, both the Parliament and State Legislatures have the authority to pass laws. However, if there is a contradiction between Union and State legislation regarding the same issue, Union law will take precedence. Education, the sale of property other than agricultural land, forests, trade unions, adulteration, adoption, and succession are some of the topics covered.
