Detailed Solution

Bronze was produced by heating tin and copper together. As the two metals melted together, they combined to form liquid bronze. After being placed into sand or clay moulds, this was cooled. Although it is relatively rare, bronze "ore" can naturally occur in locations where, for example, natural concentrations of copper and tin coexist. In the past, bronze production was only possible when trade allowed for the exchange of copper and tin metals or ores. Bronze is stronger than iron because it is an alloy of two other metals, is denser, and is harder to break with less friction. Iron, on the other hand, is a naturally occurring mineral that is less dense and can be bent easily.
