Detailed Solution

Buddhism spread to Tibet through Ladakh.
India is a land of religious diversity. Some originated here, while others were brought to India from another region. For instance, Buddhism originated on Indian soil. The teachings of Lord Buddha were then spread to different countries by ambassadors sent by kings who followed Buddhism. Buddhism even reached Tibet through Ladakh. Ladakh, the northernmost region in India, witnesses a cold climate due to the mountains. The people followed Buddhism in this region, spreading further to Tibet Autonomous Region, a part of China. The effect of this spread of Buddhism in Tibet is such that the people in this region mostly follow Buddhism.
