Detailed Solution

Bulliform cells or Motor cells are upper epidermal cells of grass leaves present between the vascular bundles. These cells are large, empty, colourless and arranged in the form of fan. In  dry conditions they become flaccid and promote the inrolling of lamina. In wet or humid conditions, they become turgid and promote the unrolling of lamina.
