Bundle sheath belongs to

Bundle sheath of leaves which is usually parenchymatous and present around the vascular bundles of leaves. It is specialized cells of mesophyll with or without chloroplasts. Adaxial and abaxial cells of these bundle sheath may divide and form bundle sheath extensions that come in contact with epidermis of both sides vascular bundle towards epidermis of leaf.
