By spinning eggs on a table top, how will you distinguish a hard boiled egg from a raw egg?

A raw egg has some fluid in it and a hard boiled egg is solid form inside. Both eggs are spinning on a table top, the fluid is thrown outwards.
Therefore ${\mathrm{I}}_{\mathrm{r}}>{\mathrm{I}}_{\mathrm{b}}$
As Iw = constant $\Rightarrow {\omega }_{\mathrm{r}}<{\omega }_{\mathrm{b}}$
That means angular velocity of raw egg is less than angular velocity of boiled egg(which spins faster).
