Concept: On the given number we will apply the divisibility rule of 11.if the given number. If the given number is satisfying the rule then it is divisible by 11 otherwise not. taking the alternating sum of the digits n the number is divisible by left to right, if the resultant number is divisible by 11.

Here digits in odd place are 7, 3,9 and 5and sum of these =7+3+9+5 = 24
The digits in even places are=1+8+6 = 15.
So taking the difference of these numbers,
We will get, 24-15 = 9 which is not a multiple of 11.
