Invertase enzyme catalysis the hydrolysis of sucrose and give mixture of glucose and fructose which is also known as inverted sugar
While zymase enzyme catalyses the fermentation of sugar into ethanol and CO₂
$\therefore$Enzymes A is invertase
Enzyme B is Zymase.
