For oxygen it is 16.
So, now we add the atomic masses multiplied by the number of atom each element has

Molecular mass of CH3OH will be
= 1 ×   12 ×   3 ×  1 +1 ×   16 + 1 ×  1
= 12 + 3 + 16 + 1
= 32
