Yes, Diploma, ITI, and Polytechnic students can apply under the school-stream slab (Class 7–12/Diploma/ITI/Polytechnic). The HDFC Parivartan ECSS coverage includes Diploma (after Class 12), ITI, and Polytechnic programmes. These are grouped with the Class 7–12 slab for benefit purposes. If you are in any of these skill‑oriented courses and you meet the eligibility rules (marks ≥ 55% in the previous academic year and income ≤ INR 2.5 Lakh per year (₹2,50,000)), you are welcome to apply.
