Can I Get MBBS in 400 Marks?

Scoring 400 marks in NEET 2025 places you in a competitive but challenging position for MBBS admissions. Your chances depend on several factors, including the type of college (government or private), your category, and the state quota.

MBBS Government Medical Colleges 

• MBBS Admission for General Category: For government MBBS seats, the cutoff is typically much higher than 400 marks. For reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), the cutoff can be lower, but still, most government MBBS seats close above 500 marks, especially in the All India Quota.
