Can I get NIT with 80000 rank?

With an 80,000 rank in JEE Main, getting into one of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) may be challenging, but it's not entirely impossible. Your chances depend on several factors:

1. Category:

• General Category: A rank of 80,000 is generally beyond the cut-off for top NITs (like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal, etc.). However, you might still have a chance for some lower-ranked NITs, but competition will be tough.
