The given points are A0,1,B2,3,C-2,5

Suppose that the equation of the circle is x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0

Substitute A0,1 in the equation 

    1+2f+c=02f+c=-1                  ......1

Substitute B2,3 in the equation

  4+9+4g+6f+c=04g+6f+c=-13         ......2

Substitute C-2,5 in the equation

   4+25-4g+10f+c=04g-10f-c=29       ......3

Eliminate c from the equations 1,2,3

4g+4f=-12g+f=-3     ...... 4

and 8g-4f=162g-f=4       .....5

Adding the above two equations, 3g=1g=13

Putg=13 in the equation  g+f=-3

hence, f=-3-13=-103

Therefore, the center is -g,-f=(-13,103)
