Detailed Solution

Chapter IV of Article 51 of the Constitution of India includes Fundamental Duties. The 42nd Amendment to the Constitution was enacted in 1976 in response to the recommendations of the Swaran Singh Committee, which had been appointed by the government earlier that year. The fundamental obligations were increased to eleven by the 86th Amendment in 2002, which included a duty on every parent or guardian to guarantee that their child or ward has access to education between the ages of six and fourteen. The other fundamental obligations imposed on all citizens are the responsibility to uphold India's national symbols, including the constitution, to appreciate its legacy, conserve its composite culture, and aid in its defence.
