Detailed Solution

The above statement is True.
India has an integrated judicial system. This implies that the decisions and rulings of the higher courts are binding on the lower courts, but vice-versa is not valid. If a person is not satisfied with the findings or justice of the lower courts, they can approach a higher court for an appeal to hear their case again. In other words, lower courts' decisions are not binding on higher courts. For instance, if a person is not satisfied with the conclusion of the High Court of his state, he can move to the Supreme Court and appeal to it to reconsider the rulings of the High Court. And the final decision made by the Supreme Court will be binding on all the High Courts and subordinate courts. The lower courts can't make changes to the findings of the Supreme Court.
